Top Row Tile Repair

Hi
Bathroom has two six inch wide tiles coming away from the wall about 5mm in the center...kindof a V shape if you follow.
Anyhow what is the best way to repair, without breaking the tiles, and what tools, grout ect will I need. The job is too
small for a tiler so Id like to attempt myself. Possible causes...?

A few images....next to radiator...? No sign of damp, but to assist a closer look has revealed the few beneath are also sitting
off the wall?

I could be wrong, but that looks like tiling over tiling...in which case the adhesive has come unstuck from the tiles underneath..
rake out the grout between the tile as best you can and gently pull the tiles off.., with luck they'll come away in one piece....

Then score the tiles underneath and refix using a decent quality adhesive (NOT ready mixed)

because none off the grout has parted it looks like a pressure "bulge"

To Clarify:
The upper section in the photos is just wallpaper all tiles are applied to plaster. What is a pressure bulge, can I prevent repeat after repair? Does the same solution apply...gently remove all affected tiles, clean old grout of wall and re-apply grout and tiles.

very unlikely to be a pressure bulge the tiles need to be tight between 2 surfaces and then the pressure on one edge is increased by say swelling woodwork or someone hammering in a noggin a few mm too tight

looks like movement of some sort to me, but strange how the wall paper doesn't seem to be affected. That is quite a force as well because the tile trim is also bowed out and looks to have a split in it.

So Im going to try the repair with a gentle tile by tile removal, clean off all old grout, regrout and apply tiles again.
I will post some images.

get some masking tape run a length across 6 tiles at the top 1/3 off the tile at each level from top to bottom unless you have several spares

I presume you left an expansion gap around the perimeter of the tiling and have not cut it in tight to both walls and the floor?

To clean adhesive off the back of the tiles you can use a grinder with wire brush attachment. Very quick!

Contact BAL technical and ask them what the best adhesive is to use depending on what surface you are tiling to.

Don't waste your time faffing about with a wire brush in a drill, lots of dust and ages to get adhesive off the tiles.

pop them in a bucket. Boil the kettle and fill the bucket. leave for 10 minutes, take a tile out and effortlessly scrape the adhesive off. It is a one handed operation and you can drink a wet whilst you scrape away.
