tiles in bathroom seem to be soaking up water...please help

Links to Topps tiles were added to the spam filter, hence the link not working.

I think these are the tiles.

Though I would also suggest the "Unibond" grout would be the most likely culprit...

Both the grout and adhesive are of very poor quality IMO

If it was me i'd be redoing the whole floor, but if you wanted you could seal the grout after everything is dry

ok thanks for the replies..... so what should i use to seal? and do i paint the grout and tiles?

Ensure the tiles are completely dry (very important!) before you apply a sealer, your tiles are glazed so you would only need to seal the grout.

In your cases I would use
