I'm looking to get my hands on a manual for the SIP 8x4 planer/thicknesser. I can't find one online anywhere. Would be grateful if someone has a copy or point me in the right direction.

I thought that with you asking for a user guide it might relate to your need to know how to set the blades.

I just wondered if you had a blade setting jig. It is a bit of a job getting the blades set and matching. On my Fox thicknesser I have a alignment guide which helps a bit it is a fiddly job. On my bench planer it is a bit easier as you have the outfeed table as a reference point.
