I was trying to retune my son's tv with a £1.99 crap remote then i pressed the menu and took it back to factory settings

and when i turn it on it says welcome then to press ok for language, then it should go straight to set up........but

i have no remote :cb

i am going to go to argos tomorrow to buy a (one for all) at £18.00

the tv is a philips .
Will it work ? i need to be able to sleep tonight :puke:

thankyou!

Philips is such a common brand that it is almost 100% guaranteed to be part of the 'universal' coding so rest assured you will be fine. Between now and then however, I suggest you lock yourself in your room
