Not sure if this is of use to anyone, but I've got one as a throw-away....
Sainsburys have a clearance Black and decker 1/3 Sheet sander currently on Clearance for 5 quid, yes thats right, £5!!!
It's marked up in the store as £25 and its the same online, but take it to a till and it'll go through for the cheaper price!
I got two, one for me and one for my bro - it also comes with 10 sheets of sand paper too, which they sell for 6.99!
Not saying all stores have them, but mine certainly did :)

None of the Sainsburys round here had any...(Typical) but they did have a different model at £24.99, I'll be using it today.
