First time poster here, I am humbled to be amongst your esteemed membership. :salute:

Can anyone tell me about GMC Power tools, any users? used, heard of? :scratch:

I think it stands for Global Machinery Company. :mrgreen:

The have an 18v cordless hammer drill im looking at. :?

Just want to know if anyone has heard of them.

only that toolstation sell them

never heard/seen anyone talk about them onsite or anywere that sells them

If i remember correctly, i read somewhere that GMC tools went into receivership. Buying any of their tools means they are throw away because they are just chinesse imports with a GMC sticker put on them. Parts will only be what other companys have in stock and as far as being any use they maybe fill a gap but, i'd buy bosch green or ryobi but not a gmc.
