Guy phoned me this morning, to say they were having testing problems with it crashing all the time, and they were changing a couple of the parts for different brands, they may also change the MB if that doesn't solve the issues.

Better that they find any faults and they can fix them without you having the hassle of sending it back two or three times, and wondering what is happening with your loaded data.

I can foresee one problem if you guys have a few suggestions.
The Virgin Super hub (netgear) How does one find/recover the user name and password for the wireless.
Will resetting it restore it to factory default.
