Really gets me.
They wait till the last minute to bid, so they must be online or on a smrt phone, so when i send the paypal invoice as soon as its ended, do they not pay
Then it takes them a good couple of days.

i have always paid before the email says i have won the item

I always pay as soon as won, except if I have more than one item so I wait for the consolidated postage.
I should be dead; I've cheated the Grim Reaper yet again by surviving my third heart attack in June.

seriously 280 transactions over 7 years and only one hasnt turned up

I'm a sneaker on ebay and wait until there is under 30 secs left and put in my bid but then sometimes sodding ebay comes up with the log in page and by the time I put that in I have missed out
I do pay immediately (since I am online at the time when it ends) but bought 2 xbox games off the same vendor, one arrive last Weds still no sign of the other
