Few things done, all epoxy grouted, siliconed. Bath installed.. screen brought up (that was fun)
Towel rail fitted / plumbed / central heating topped back up and bled

ropey in what way? its bone dry. Properly sealed. All correct parts. And drains perfectly.
The original bath waste went in the same run across the floor (but wasnt a stand alone bath and had grey pipe the whole length) , it cannot go under the floor as joists run across its path
(also why I have a pumped waste system for the shower!)
I think it is spot on

You have some serviceable bits behind there Dave, what provisions are you making to get at them.

Re: Bathroom rebuild - Work in progress
The grohe flush button panel flips down and acts as a service point to inside the cistern
The top of the 'cabinet' is just going to be siliconed so it can be cut and lifted off easily. Giving access to service valve for water supply and cistern internals also
also the side panel will be siliconed the same as the top, Giving access to waste pump/valve.
:)
