After seeing this thread red-bull-biker-stunt-t49733.html , I want to download the video and put on my Motorola Defy so i can show the lads at work,anyone know how to do it thanks

try cam studio
edit, drag the area of the screen you want to capture hit record and then play on the movie you want to capture
