Sigma V Rubi?

They do Rubi and Sigma.

One of the tilers we use does a lot of commercial work and although he uses a big clinker on his own jobs when at work they supply Rubi or Sigma cutters. He rates the Sigma far and beyond the Rubi.

After having and using both, although the Rubi TS55 plus is not really comparable to the larger Sigma, I can without a doubt say that I am converted to Sigma.

Even the table cutters of Sigma look way advanced of the kit that Rubi is doing.

Cheers ROC, that's where I've been looking. Their prices are pretty good. I'm leaning towards the Sigma at the moment.

I'm also thinking of a new cutter. Not want to spend as much as ROC so max budget is £200.

Looking at either Sigma 2D3 TECNICA or Rubi TI-S-66 - want to be able to cut 60cm max.

Any recommendations?

Have a look at the new rubi range, remember Rubi has been going the longest and is used worldwide from Italian and spanish tilers, on a technical note the rubi scribes are more precise and true and the wheels don'y require changing as much, i have associates that use sigma, and also i know shop owners who like to sell sigma, as they make more profit ;-)
