No sound

Had sound on all four speakers now just not working!!!!!! Not changed anything just turned on and no sound? Any idea's guys? Will have to be in simple terms I,m affaid as not too good with tech stuff hence the question help! (System windows xp service pack3) :?

probably on 'mute' setting,click on speaker in r/h corner or go into control panel and check settings

Have you automatic Windows updates enabled? This could have updated speaker or sound card drivers without you knowing.

is there an external cable that may have acidentaly have been disconnected
defrag and disc clean worth a go
do you have say a headphone output can you plug something in there

try something different like utube or iplayer to check its not a specific program or system thats been "altered"

do your speakers have there own power plug or controls
can you use a different computer or laptop with the speakers or different speakers on the computer
we are all ------------------still learning

Don't quite know how but iv'e managed to get two of the four speakers workng.........now for the other two, (never say die)

do you have a left/right/ballance you can adjust ??
