laying ceramic floor tiles on a bitumen floor

Could anyone tell which adhesive I need to lay ceramic tiles on a bitumen floor or is there a primer i can use ?

Slc ....f ball green bag with stopgap 114.....or

Slurry coat...Portland cement and sbr mix....2-1ratio....
