These sets are selling for upto £160 a set and in most shops on the net it is about £130 per set, so £109 with free delivery is a real bargain

Trying to imagine how you get four sizes out of each spanner?
Used a lot of bi-hex tools and ratchet spanners in my professional career where the heads were also bi-hex.
When it comes to the car and mm, I still keep a set of hex handy, too easy to wear the points off tight car bolt heads and that is when a hex spanner/socket comes into its own; my eldest Son found this out recently whilst replacing his Mondeo rear stabiliser links.
Though when I was into buying general tools, Bahco where one of my favourites- happy spannering.

Nice looking set, wish I had the funds - my Bahco wrench arrived yesterday after recommendations from this site.
Took me a while to figure out the 20 sizes from 5 spanners though. LOL


FYI - on the Transtools website, if I read it right, it is £101.40 (inc VAT) + £3.98 delivery so £105.38 delivered.
Anybody thinking of buying might want to check both - might save another couple of quid.

Trying to imagine how you get four sizes out of each spanner?

On each end of the spanner is a ring, just like you get on any ratchet spanner, but the ring is 2 sizes, so it's for example 15mm on one side and 16mm on the other side. So you just flip the spanner over for the different size and then flick the direction lever to change direction.

These will be really handy when you are going on a job and are not sure of the size such as bolts on pipework, you can just take the one spanner that covers 30mm x 32mm x 34mm x 36mm and you can be sure that one size will fit

Not keen on spanners with various sized ends, guarantee that when you are working blind you'll put the wrong size end/size on
