B & Q Kitchen nightmare.

I would like to ask fellow members of this forum if they have experienced problems fitting B & Q kitchen units? I installed a kitchen supplied by a customer including soft close drawers into existing carcass units & a new 300 pull out larder unit, of which neither works as it should do. Although they do close the soft close drawers dont pull up as they should do, and the larder unit requires a firm push to close.
This has resulted in court action with myself being blamed after having spent unsuccessfully a great deal of time trying to suss the problem.
At no time did my customer who purchased all the goods ever consider the problem might lie with B & Q. I spoke with a chap who has fitted B & Q kitchens for over 20 years and he knew of the problems i've mentioned but was unwilling to help me with my court case as he still fits B & Q kitchens.
Can anyone help?? Thank you.

cant really help but fully aware of how much of a nightmare fitting cheap kitchens can be >.<

No matter who supplies the units I find i'm always redrilling units to make them fit from low budget to high end.

If the items supplied by them are not fit for purpose

I suggest you will pay for an independant fitter off there choice to replicate the situation and resolve it at there expence if they fail

If you have been given a product that cannot be fitted you should be suing them for supplying goods not fit for purpose

have you tried a web search for people with similar problems to show its not your fault

I used to build display kitchens for B&Q. The worst one was the Gloss White Slab kitchen. Either the drawer runners, or holes in the drawer fronts were actually about 5mm out (in relation to each other). If you fitted the runners and then the drawer fronts as marked, then closing the drawers and adjusting them was impossible. We used to fit the runners (as per MI's) then mark each drawer front individually, before drilling and screwing the drawer fronts on.
