chop saw blade for cornice etc

Post by fin »

been asked to fit a kitchen for a mate of mine. i currently have a 48 tooth and an 80 tooth blade but they have both been used for various stuff. possibly a touch blunt. i could get em sharpened up but i was wondering what you guys use when fitting cornice / lighting pelmet etc.

these are the blades im currently using.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bosch-216mm-T ... 500wt_1054

though iirc they werent that expensive when i got em

also ive seen that stuff that disolves the sap and all that on blades after theyve been used a fair bit. one of mine i ended up scraping clean. does it work well?

btw the machine is a dewalt dw701

cheers fellas
