Hi -
Long time reader on the forum, first time poster.
Struggling to find a recommended kitchen fitter in Glasgow that won't charge an absolute arm and a leg.
We are doing an old tenement renovation that is costing way more than we thought. Kitchen will be hopefully be the jewel in the crown - hence really want to get a good kitchen fitter that knows what he is doing.
Can anyone help point us in the right direction?
Can anyone recommend a kitchen fitter in Glasgow?

Re: Can anyone recommend a kitchen fitter in Glasgow?
how may units/appliances etc are you having, what quotes have you had
im too far away to help but could tell you if your "arm and a leg" is in the ball park, you say you want a good fitter that knows what he is doing, if you want quallity you need to pay the rates, im sure you could find someone not as experianced for 80-100£ a day but they wont do as good of a job and is it worth the risk

Re: Can anyone recommend a kitchen fitter in Glasgow?
Been quoted 2500 for 16 cabinets, integrated dishwasher, integrated oven and grill and sink.
I really don't mind paying the market rate for good work but can't afford to pay over the odds.
Would you be able to advise what the going rate for a good experienced fitter is? And how those in the know would price such a job?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
