Re: groiut problems
Trying to understand what you're saying
Is all of the grout an off-white colour? or is it patchy with some areas whiter than others?
Have all the tiles been cleaned or is there still grout residue left in places?

the tiler finished gouting and buffed up . the powder wich was been buffed and the grout was good. i noticed a few days later that the grout between tiles was looking off white .

i cleaned tiles and noticed that the grout lines where not as white as my tiles , whic h are also white.

From your description it sounds like the tiles weren't cleaned as well as they should have been. After buffing any grout residue left should be minimal and if there is any left, it should wash away without turning yellow as it should be only a tiny amout. If it is turning yellow on the face of the tile then it is too thick and not washed properly.
Most grouts will discolour slightly when wet. Common grouts are water resistant NOT waterproof (except expoxy grout) so like anything that gets wet is will darken slightly but once dry will return to its normal colour.
When your tiles were buffed it sounds like a thin film/dust was left, this is normally very light in colour. Lighter than the grout itself as the polymers used to bind the grout have been washed away and it is just the grout itself left behind. Now you have used the bathroom and washed this dust away you are left with the set grout between the tiles, this will appear slightly darker than that thin film.
How white the grout is will depend on grout and the brand/quality used.
Generally speaking the cheaper the brand the darker/dirtier the grout will appear BUT not always the case. Take for example BAL and Mapei, both quality brands, neither are cheap but BAL does appear a little whiter. Also the tiles used can play tricks with the eye. Most 'white' tiles aren't white at all but off-white, you may have chosen a very pure white tile that is now making your grout look yellow.
If the colour is uniform all over then your tiler has done nothing wrong except maybe he could have chosen a different brand that went better with your tile, if it is patchy (once fully dry all over) then the grout might have been contaminated as he washed them down or by the adhesive he used to fix the tiles.
Pictures might help

Re: grout problems
What size off tiles are they..?
What type off adhesive did he use....
Was it tubbed adhesive,if so he may have grouted to early and the adhesive did not set,so by grouting early the addy is still curing and if grouted he is sealing in moisture in the addy and the only place/way it can get out is through your grout,...hence grout discolouring...
Bagged adhesive?
Was it fast setting 3hrs
Single part 16hrs....before grouting..
Was there paint on the walls...was it taken off prior to tiling....
Was there wallpaper on the walls..was this taken off...
Cr,..has said as well the bucket he mixed grout in could have been dirty ect...
Cheap grout as well can be like this as well...
