Gets called to a job tonight,apparently 3 engineers have been out this week to a water leak on the cooling system,landlord not happy as its the weekend and needs cold beer
So i thought best investigate this further,the water is a flow and return from the beer cooler to a heat dump outside,no leaks either end so disconected the pipes and pulled them out from under the floor and there it was teeth marks for around 6"
pulled some new pipes in and bobs your aunt fanny :cheers: :cheers:

Hmmm glad I don't live anywhere near chesire, if the pipes have teeth marks....lord knows what scuttles around the place at night.....
