Why do they not understand they should go away when summer is over?
Just got stung 2 day after clocks went back
and it is painful
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, "Where's the self-help section?"
She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Hoovie,
Think VW vinegar wasps and BB Bees bicarbonate, when treating stings!
Failure means you just didn't get it right yet!

Hoovie,
Do whatever takes your fancy!!
But if I was suffering from a wasp sting I'd rub vinegar on it.

One got into my shorts once and stung me right on the end of my k**b.
I went to A&E and asked them if they could do something about the pain, but leave the swelling.
Nothing you do is a waste of time - especially if it can be used as a bad example by others...

Think yourself lucky Hoovie. If my OH gets stung he swells like a balloon and depending upon where he's stung it could be fatal!

I did think that actually - as while I was making my dinner, I was opening up monkey nuts and thought "Wasp sting and eating Peanuts - god, I know how to live on the edge"

I have to watch for nut allergies when I cook with the kids at school. So many products have tiny amounts of nuts in them.
