hi
can anyone help me out as what might be wrong with my 24v sds drill as it has started to run at about half the speed it used to ? batteries seem to be ok

have you tried both batteries
is there any flashing where the brushes are[very back off machine]
has it been out off use for a while
has it been stored in a damp cold place
have you tried warming up the charger and batteries to room temperature
do you have another tool to check the batteries on
