I'll bet, compared to others....you could get a finger tip inside it though!!!

No photos sadly but in 2004 cut my feet to ribbons on submerged oyster bed in NZ.....had a serious slice in the sole of my right foot....almost down to the bone....how I drove to where I was staying I have no idea....left foot looked like it had been grit blasted....had a "fun" visit with the out of hours dr, who spent about 45 minutes plucking oyster shell fragments out of my feet with a syringe.....without anaesthesia......still have a few bits in my big toes....

I was out in the sea when in Greece walking in beautiful water, not too deep and could see the floor - what could go wrong?
WTF!!!! Looked down and saw a black spikey thing that I'd just stood on....hopped back up to the missis and shown her, had quills sticking out my foot, stupid little sea urchin!!!
Had to have them pulled out, but like you, I still have a couple of black dots that you can see - doctor said leave 'em if they don't hurt, so I have.

Re: Injections
NW4u Mike, spent many years working on a ME Island, had a yellow fever jab (bit painfull) when I was sent on a flight to W.Africa but otherwise nothing special, not even malaria pills; now where did I put that gas mask!
When I was young, I passed out after a motorbike accident but only later when the nurse produced the tetanus needle, managed the same in the Dentist's chair but thankfully, like my hayfever, has got better with age; had a few bits of dodgy skin removed last month, under local, must have been nine pricks, in fear, I looked the other way but hardly felt a thing.
Weaver fish is all I ever caught off Eastbourne pier, yes dorsal spines, colourful criters.

Did anyone see one of those Police programs on tv,where they picked up a druggie and because he was a prolific user,he had no veins left to inject so he injected himself in his EYES.
How do you bring yourself to do that.
Still makes me cringe just thinking about it.
Nappies and Politicians need to be changed frequently, both for the same reason.

A workmate went to have the snip about 20 odd years ago and was offered a local or general anaesthetic. He opted for the general (good lad) Apparently he was being wheeled back after the operation , rolled over and fell off the trolley, just as they were about to move him on to the bed, breaking his leg.

After all think of all those poor sheep you have 'injected' over the years, just imagine how they felt

I still haven't haven the plunge yet, my GP has sent me a handful of letters asking me to go in for them. I did pop in there last week to find out my blood group was amazed that they don't keep that on file.
