Worktop help

Post by tonywild1985 »

Hi.

I'm starting my kitchen fit soon. I am OK with fitting cabinets etc but need some help with cutting the worktop mitres.

Looked at hiring the gear but it looks like it would be cheaper to get someone in to do the job for me.

I need two cuts.

Can anyone recommend somewhere to find a good joiner (Greenfield area - Greater Manchester - OL3) or recommend someone they know (if that is aloud on here, sorry if it is not) Looking to get the worktops fitted on 21st or 22nd Feb.

Thanks

why not ask the company you buy the kitchen from? we deal with howdens a lot and theres a stand in my local howdens with all the local lads business cards on display.

i had a friends father asking me about composite work tops and how to repair them when they were damaged. i couldnt answer him so i popped along to the howdens i go to and asked in there. picked up a card for one of the joiners i know and handed it on.

I'm not a million miles away, I have the routers, I have the jig. Want to PM me, Tony? At least we have met. Whatever you do you'll need to get the units in bang on level

BTW how did the door frame repair go?
