Tile spacers

Hi

Is there a specific size tile spacer to use? or is it what you think will look best?

I will be tiling a shower and the rest of the bathroom (around bath, sink etc)

All depends on the size of the tile. Smaller spacer for smaller tiles and bigger ones for larger ones. Usually between 2mm and 4mm.
What size are your tiles?

They are 250mm by 400mm.

I'd either use 2 or 3mm
