IE 10 Paypal printing small

Post by ultimatehandyman »

Angie has been doing my accounts and needed to print off some paypal receipts.

She printed them off but they are unreadable because the text is so small, I have tried to change the printer settings with no success.

I only upgraded to IE 10 yesterday after I was having problems viewing a webpage.

Before upgrading to Internet Explorer 10 the Paypal receipts use to print off fine.

Has anyone else had issues?

Stupid question, but where do you get to receipts?

Looking to print one to check, but can't find any..... ?? :?

In this case it wouldn't help /too/ much to use Chrome or FF. Seems you're not the only one (including me, bloody heck can't read a thing).

If you don't want to click, the summary is that Paypal have changed some stuff on their end.

I found a way to overcome it, but it is more work!

I hold down Ctrl and scroll up with the wheel on the mouse until it is a decent size, then I snap the screen using MW snap, then print it from there.

It's annoying that Paypal have done this, but dealing with Paypal can be like banging your head against a brick wall ::b

I had issues with this once... Try telling it that your printer uses smaller paper.

It quite often blows it up to fit the page, had to do it a few times when we've had issues with receipts :P

Cheers
