Dodgy emails

Post by thescruff »

A friend keeps sending me dodgy emails that he knows nothing about, pretty certain from his iphone.

There is what looks like a "l" added to the front of his normal email addy. any ideas or suggestions, what can he check if anything.

If it's any use it seems to be sent to the same 4 people every time

Probably not him.
I have received complaints about emails I have sent people. Trouble is, i never sent them, nothing i could do about it, since i never sent them.
Above are my opinions Below is my signature.

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.

There is a chance his email has been hacked advise him to change his password that normally cures it

I believe the e-mail providers can also take a look and see where the account
has been accessed from; my hotmail once got hacked and microsoft asked for my IP address.
