Stupid spine.
I've been careful as fcuk recently due to a previous back injury (three 'blown' disks) but totally forgot that it's the "holding things out at arms stretch" that knobble me and after putting up 6 kitchen cupboard doors I'm 'fooked' - AGAIN
Dihydrocodeine, $$$$>< and Naproxin and NOTHING stops the pain
Looks like I'm laid up for another week - and just as I have to get to South Shields to fix one of our flats (poxy non-paying resident left and broke a window on his way out ). Bugger.
And the sun has come out
<edit> now why has the post 'censored' the word Tr@m@dol ??? </edit>

Re: Gaaaaa....
$$$$>< ? dunno, try a good soak in a hot bath..relaxes the muscles and if you are lucky...the discs will work their way back in...
I've only ever slipped one, when I was in the off-licence trade...stood on top of a stack of beer cases, trying to reach one at the back of a 3 deep stack (Christmas)..twisted sideways to reach it and...pop...it took two members of staff to get me down....
