That looks a decent sized abode, will make a great family home.

What state is it in? I know it looks grim with the shutters up but is it a proper gut out job?

Looking forwards to keeping tabs on this, and as said, more pics the better :thumbright:

Judging by the quality white conduit running externally on the side of the house, im pretty sure the kitchen is a hand built solid oak masterpiece, and the bathroom has been chiselled from one piece of solid marble.

So we got the nod from building control so out came the jacks up went the support down came the wall, lintel in slated up and now solid. Flowing nicely from kitchen to dining room.
rest of heating done today while the other 2 played bob the builder knocking walls down.managed to find the water riser and get a stop cock on so we now have water to fill the kettle. Been nice drinking volvic tea but expensive when your having your head scratching moments.
Tomorrow the studs will go up to make a cloak room so its moving as it should just need to finish off hot and cold feeds while the other 2 start skimming up stairs
plan is set for a week friday to have upstairs completed to the stage of ready to paint so ill pop in tomorrow for update as i loose 1 of the team tomorrow for 4 days as its always the way you quote a job hear nothing then "oh hi can you start my job please" and as this is not our main bread and butter it has to take a back seat at times
