I recently replaced two pir floodlights.
Originally these two were covered by some Ivy, once that was removed the true extent of the dodgy wiring was exposed
I rewired one of these- IQ Single Pyro Pro Symmetric PIR Sensor Floodlight Graphite 120W from Screwfix. I think it was about £25 and is brilliant, much better quality than most PIR floodlights!
The light also has a spare normally open terminal, which is energised when the PIR is activated so you can wire a plain flood light up to it and both lights will illuminate at the same time
I have been quite busy with this garage. The moss has been removed from the roof, facia board painted and new guttering fitted.

They are not in that Garage LOLBikergirl wrote:Looking good. No one will be able to sneak up and nick your tools now!
That is a single skin garage and as damp as anything (it's improving now the ivy has been removed). That garage is mainly full of the girlfriends junk that she has stored in her loft at her old house, then in my spare bedroom for 18 months. I have another garage on a lockup site and that's full of her junk too- the joys of living with a compulsive hoarder
