Fixing Insulation to Concrete Ceiling

I am looking for some advice on fixing insulation to my garage ceiling which is made of concrete, I estimate the thickness to be at least 200mm and above are bedrooms, the insulation I will be using is PUR WLG 023, the size of each board is 1200x600x80mm and the total area is 40m2 which will be around 60 boards, so I was wondering how many anchor bolts would be needed for each board and how long should they be? I thought maybe 1 anchor bolt of 130mm in the middle of each board may do? I was also thinking that all the joints where the boards meet should be taped up, what type of tape should be used? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Could you give some idea of what you are trying to achieve, obviously reducing heat loss I know, but what is the context, ie, will it still be used as a garage, why the decision to upgrade this area etc?

Assuming the insulation is lightweight and you have enough headroom in the garage, I'd be considering a 2 X 2 false ceiling about 90- 100mm below the existing with the insulation slid over the top, you'll need to support the 2 x 2 off the existing ceiling in a couple of places (depending on the span) eyebolts and dropwires will do that easily enough.
