This tiler had never had a problem either. Scored the tile and the three he tried all veered steeply away from the scored line. Even hitting the tile on the top of the breaker arm didn't work.

I took my Sigma in the next day and it loved them lol.

Not that I do enough work for it.......more for the likes of our trained tiler, we use on some jobs..........but Sigma do one hell of a wet cutter. One half of the table moves and tilts and does everything. I think it even makes tea.

For straight cuts it has to be a manual cutter all the way, no running outside to do your cuts. I have quite a few cutters and havent found a tile yet my ts60 wont cut, you just have to play around with how heavy to score and what method of snapping to use

I did a lot of them today actually with the wet cutter was suprised how well it worked bar getting sprayed with water. Found I had to bodge the guard a bit otherwise couldn't see where the line was but all good.

probably should have cut the tiles so there is an equal gap here but never mind. be covered by a mat anyway :thumbright:

Setting out for the tiling looks right..........centre line of door. (As long as that corresponds to looking ok at the walls).
