Yeah, that's all you need after a hard days graft is a bit of digging.

Canny: do you really want to take advice from a man that reckons Arsenal are going to win the league.
One day it will all be firewood.

ajay, I'm giving you the opportunity hear to make some ''free'' money.
come the end of the season, you'd wish you had taken the bait.
since it's early days, the bookies will be providing decent odds for Arsenal to win as you and many others don't give them a chance.

Just put your religious beliefs aside and place a bet. Don't tell the missus though :thumbright:

I did think about the allotment idea however apart from the three year waiting list around here it would be of no benefit to me,unless i wanted grow a pile of weeds
my free time would never be enough to maintain one
anyway winters night are creeping up on us now so my mind is thinking about stripping the motorbike and get the frame powder coated
see there i go again cant switch off

The main reason for doing meditation based around the breath, is the breath is the only thing that will be with you constantly till the day you pop ya clogs..

Some people eat to relax, some drink, some take drugs etc etc but what happens when you haven't got any of them things?? Back to square one..

The idea is to train yourself/mind using something that you can always use and will always be their...Kind of a pablo's dog situation but nobody can take the food of breath away from you...With obvious exceptions, like murder
There are many different approaches,I use the taoist model, just a matter of finding the one that suits you.
Well said, and now I understand your forum name Mr. Breatheasy :thumbright: Excellent!!
