Very true. I don't mind paying if they are providing a free service, but when it's a line to request service for something they sold me and has a fault. and they don't have enough staff to answer the call.toolbox wrote:It's about time the EU did something useful and made charging for customer service calls in the EU illegal!
Loads of firms do it and make money from their own **** ups, to add insult to injury there are endless adverts about the extra services you can buy from them while you are waiting and paying for the pleasure
