Pressure washer failure

Post by Laird »

I haven't used the pressure washer for a year. Pulled it out and connected the water and power, pressed the on/off. It powered for a fraction of a sec and died. Nothing I did could persuade it to power up. It's dead. There's a fault with the switch and I can't fix it.
I'll need to buy another one...
This is the second one. The first was a Nilfilsk and now this one, a Wolf. Are they all rubbish?

I've had a Karcher that's had stupid amounts of abuse and which has never been looked after - it's been solid and works every time.

That includes after the time I loaned it to a mate 'to clean his bike' and he ended up using it for 3 hours straight on a desk and it started to overheat (so he kept going anyway until he'd done and then COMPLAINED about it!!!!!!) ::b

You can get good deals on their outlet too.

Seconded on the Karcher idea. Just unsiezed one that's been stood for 4 years and it works like new!
