Not another set of wardrobes!

Post by mailee »

I have been building these wardrobes over the last week and got them fitted today....finally as there was a problem getting to the house! It is a new build on an estate and they decided to pick today to block pave the road! ::b After a chat with the site manager I was allowed to drive through the building site to the rear of the house. :thumbright: The fit went well and the customer was very happy with a promise of more work in a month or two. Again they are built in MRMDF and finished with 2K 20% sheen Morrells in white. The panels are in frosted glass with two removable rails. Doors are hung on Hafele soft closers.

I really like the doors. The beading you have between the frames and centre panels is a nice touch.

They would have looked better 1" taller so that there was not a big black shadow line on the ceiling. They would have looked better 4" shorter so there wasn't a big black shadow line on the ceiling.

Nice fit out though.

If the ceiling is a bit wonky I think a 1" shadow gap looks better tbh.

Ha ha, I hear what your saying.......prefer a bigger gap on a piddled ceiling or the top to be scribed in.
