I've switched to an e- cig, and i'm currently using 11mg liquid, but will soon be dropping down to nearer to 0mg. I find it takesthe edge off the physical craving and fulfils the social and habit bits.
I would throw up if I had an ordinary fag now. Keep it up, and if you decide to try an e-cig, go to a shop which just sells e cigs, rather than just from a supermarket.

My wife has been on an e-cig since new year,it's the only thing that's worked for her although she's still on a strong dose and hasn't decreased at all. It's way cheaper than fags tho.
Carpentry,I can explain it to you but I cannot understand it for you.

e bines are banned from my local. the land lady shouts at people if they try to use em and theres signs up to warn people too. if ya wanna have them ya have to go outside like a normal smoker.
i always call cigarettes bines. just something me and some mates have called em for agessss

Ahh, that explains a lot....... The missus thought she'd spent far to much time in the sun and her back was peeling.Gadget wrote:joinerjohn wrote: Without going into too much detail, it was like being a young teenager again.

I gave up several years ago, yet I still occasionally feel I'd like a smoke. It's that addictive.
On the other hand, when a heavy smoker enters a building the smell immediately assails my nose and turns my stomach. Then I realise that I must have smelt just like that to other people, but never realised it.

Hmmm... 10-1/2 weeks and I still love the smell of other peoples smoke, not on them but, I'm a huge fan of passive smoking nowdays. Sold my remaining 8 Oz of baccy for the price of a second hand garden shredder so, I can now see across the road's sofit boards and thats all I wanna see of their houe too.
