Re: Work photos....
Cheers for sharing! You've surely mastered the resizing better than me as the photos are nice and clear
Carpentry,I can explain it to you but I cannot understand it for you.

Re: Work photos....
Resizing to a smaller pic is only likely to make them sharper, you need to hold the camera steady first though.steviejoiner74 wrote: You've surely mastered the resizing better than me as the photos are nice and clear

Re: Work photos....
By reducing the pixels by over half does that not make the image worse??ayjay wrote:Resizing to a smaller pic is only likely to make them sharper, you need to hold the camera steady first though.steviejoiner74 wrote: You've surely mastered the resizing better than me as the photos are nice and clear

Not as far as I know.steviejoiner74 wrote:By reducing the pixels by over half does that not make the image worse??ayjay wrote:Resizing to a smaller pic is only likely to make them sharper, you need to hold the camera steady first though.steviejoiner74 wrote: You've surely mastered the resizing better than me as the photos are nice and clear
Blow a picture up to twice the size and it will almost certainly look worse - you can get away with blowing up a picture if it's really sharp to start with but there is still a limit: reducing a pic won't make it less sharp.
It might be dependant on the software used, I only use freebie programmes available on the net, I have no experience or knowledge of phone cameras at all.
One day it will all be firewood.

Re: Work photos....
It said the pic was 3600 x 2600 pixels(roughly) so I reduced it by quite a bit to fit here. I know what you mean by making it bigger it should be of less quality but I'm getting confused now as I've reduced the pixel count which should make it smaller but of less quality as well?? Would cropping the photos be better?

I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work
