I can't help you I gave up running when I stopped playing football due to a back injury

I have 2 running apps on my iphone,that's as far as I got I'm afraid...good intentions and all :lol:

I use Runtastic. So far I've found it to be a really good one, and if you're registered on My Fitness Pal and have the app you can link them together, so that it will update burned calories etc. after your run and log your progress.
