Converted old boiler cupboard under stairs into a toilet

Post by vikramc »

This is a job I did at the end of last year. The space under our stairs was where our old boiler was, but once replaced and moved to the kitchen left this space empty. So i converted it into a toilet. Still got to do the waste pipe for the toilet to the manhole, but waiting for some good weather in the summer as going to dig and put it down the side of the house. The sink is up and running, and the water supply to the toilet is working as well - but turned off at the moment as still waste pipe to fit.

it sure is cosy, but it's surprising how much room is in there when your in it. Made my mate who's 6'2 stand inside as if he was having a leak and he said he was comfortable, he's a big guy, so that was my test of space lol :thumbright:
