Just finished these two barbeques at my local pub - the far one is a whopper, 1200mm wide for big parties of canalside diners.
The idea is that you buy a bag of charcoal and your meat from the pub, and cook it yourself next to the water. I thought it might be taking trade away from his kitchen, but he's catering for those who want a cheap pub dinner, so not a bad idea really.

Looks good, it is common practice to do the buy and BBQ in other countries. I think the pub make a bit on the meat and you obviously buy drinks while you are there.
