Just finished these two barbeques at my local pub - the far one is a whopper, 1200mm wide for big parties of canalside diners.
The idea is that you buy a bag of charcoal and your meat from the pub, and cook it yourself next to the water. I thought it might be taking trade away from his kitchen, but he's catering for those who want a cheap pub dinner, so not a bad idea really.

Did you get a free trail/supplies to make sure they work correctly?

Yes, I've been promised the first offering, and hinted that free beer would really show his appreciation, but then he wandered off....!

Looks good, it is common practice to do the buy and BBQ in other countries. I think the pub make a bit on the meat and you obviously buy drinks while you are there.

Looks tidy work.

Hopefully they supply the rest of the meal with the meat and charcoals. Although i love meat, would want a few other things on the plate too.
