Another laughable tool

Post by Hitch »

Just seen this advertised on the tele...

http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/news/autoe ... rench.html

If your so useless you cant operate an adjustable spanner properly, you shouldnt be allowed to cross the road on your own to buy one surely

I can confirm, that Noddy does have an adjustable spanner in his toolbox for fixing his car. :thumbright:

For another £10, you could have a Snapon pair :?

What's thre tag line? "For the man who has everything, but can't use anything"
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, "Where's the self-help section?"
She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

I've seen this advertised a few times last night for the first time and sad to say it does appeal - slightly. The way the ad runs makes it look like a wrench for someone who is totally inept, which is probably their target!!

I like the way the normal spanner gets dropped down the bog.

I wonder which could still work after being dropped down the bog though, the normal one, or the electric one...

ive seen this advertised thought it was a bit naff but i also saw a B&D drill advertised minutes before which had pictures on the torque settings detailing which job to use which setting for. Worryingly it seems this could help quite a lot of people with the amount of people ive seen ramming screws into timber on drill setting with their cordless.
