Evolution rage 3b help

Hi all, I've just bought a rage 3b mitre saw and was wondering if anyone had one and could give me some tips. I also bought the revolution mitre stand and was wondering how you secure the back.
Also the roller supports are slightly higher then the saw bed at minimum making it cut on an angle, anyone else had this?

how much are the rollers too high if a small amount [a few mm] then you could place washers between stand and saw base
are you sure its mounted properly with all spacers/other bits in place??

Yes I've just been informed by evolution tools that it is the wrong stand for the saw even though on the box says with fit any rage mitre saw, was thinking of putting a board underneath the saw to support the back which will also raise the base

Looks like it. Tbh if you're looking to get into carpentry there's no polite way of saying this but those evolution saws are pure junk,the blades only good for cutting up pallets and they aren't very accurate.
But at 50 quid you can't expect much.
You'd be better getting an entry level makita or dewalt,it'll last a lot longer and won't frustrate you with lack of power,accuracy and cutting limitations.
One of these would be a good starting point

Is the wood too big for the saw or is there a way around it?

Maximum cutting capacity 50 X 120 mm, ( you should find it in the specs, with the destructions).

Something not right in this picture, the blade guard should be able to move away from the cut, have a look at the same saw in screwfix and the accompanying pictures should tell you what is right.
I am concerned that you are a power tool novice as you are experiencing this problems with a circular saw, perhaps you should get on-hand advice from an experienced person to oversee your attempts.

What size of timber is that?

I have this saw and to be honest it's great for cutting 3*2 and 4*2 timber
