haha newcastle actually played very very well last night against what should have been a far better team than us. could and maybe should have had atleast 1 penalty. and had a borderline goal disallowed and came close to scoring on more than one occasion.

think man city turned up expecting to win. certainly their players were geting a bit pissed off towards the end when it wasnt going their way.

about time something went for us like. after the last 2 matches the westoe probably needs a new floor coz it was bouncing again last night

on the contrary ive returned home for tea. soon to depart back to the vig, then the westoe, then to nine bar, then onto south shields town centre and the likes of life of riley, ship and royal, beach, ocean lounge and then glitterball...

honestly though we f*ck did it again...... what a result. 4 games back if id put a bet on us winning 4 in a row against leicester, spurs, city and the scousers the bookies woulda been takin the p*ss outa me. suddenly we seem to have woken up and realised we can play.

today i thought mehdi abeid was class. done really really well to come on as he has. i was gutted for lightbulb head to get strechered off. but aarons did good and perez got a propper strikers finish for his goal. shame cabella didnt make it 2-0 like. if he had id really have feared for the stability of the floor in the westoe.

good times..... for a change. now all we need is for crystal palace to do a job on poyets mob to shut them up for a bit. a few days ago we had only beat man citys reserves..... except we had played a team with a lot of young players in.....

a few games ago beating newcastle wasnt exactly an achievement. we was all at sea. nobody knew what they was doing. couldnt score at all and conceded goals for a laugh. now weve beat a few decent sides and looked fairly composed. plus also special mention must go to ryan taylor for his performance the other night after 2 years out injured. 2 cruciate ligament ruptures of the belt woulda finished most players,. hes come back and was basically man of the match on wednesday

nah they signed him from france as usual i think about 3 years ago... maybe longer. not too sure. he was on loan in greece last season seemingly with no future at nufc. also lightbulb head seemed to have no future. recently hes been playing very very well also.

Gutted that Burnley have lost again But our budget is non existent. And we're only a town of around 60k. Such a shame that as founding members of the football league, and ex champions of England that we can't at least have a bit more cash to try and stay for just one season.

Fingers crossed that Ingsy can start banging them in again though.

Whereas my lot are going down the pan rapidly, can't string two good results together.

I still think you have to decide on what your best team is and use those players until something happens to make you change.

How else can they be expected to play as a team? If they have to practice enough with all the different possible configurations they'll be too knackered to play any proper matches.
