OMG WM, if my OH did a quarter of what you did, then I might be more nicer to him
But this is his mentality, he thinks I am a machine, and in a way I have only myself to blame, as I get things done, I never put it off till tomorrow.
I work full time for myself, and I still do 95% of everything in the home, as to be honest he is ferking useless, and I have to go behind him.

I have spent 3 whole days stripping 4 ceilings of woodchip paper, a thru lounge, and nearly finished a bedroom, I am in agony as I think I have pulled a muscle in my shoulder, my arms and shoulders are killing me, plus I have had the most awful cold, but took day nurse to keep me thru the days.
Yesterday, I was so bad with my arms, shoulders and the cold, I spent half the day in bed, I asked him to tidy up the lounge and kitchen, when I got up, he had missed bits, and hadnt even polished properley, rather than rear up like I do, I just said sod it, and went back upstairs. :cb

It is so exasperating, when you have to pick someone up all the time who hasnt the sense that if there are going to do something, then at least do it right.

I wouldnt mind if I was at home all day, or a lazy bu55er, or I never cook or clean, but thats the irony of it I do, as I cant stand a dirty home, but its sad to say, but as my OH is getting older, he is getting more lazy.

Might have to start looking around for hubby No 3.

I dont know whether to kick or kiss you pan, as you can be horrible at times, but you can be very funny too, and your comments on your recent posts have made me chuckle.

But getting back to hubby, TBH, he wouldnt have a plan, as I have to do his thinking for him, plus, he would be soooo lost without me, who else would light the dynamite to stick up his backside ?, see, only me, it must be lurve.

I don't get a chance to do any cleaning.

Mrs S always cleans & tidies before it's bad enough for me to do it.

I do most of the cooking in the house. The cleaning and tyding up is probably done equally. Diy - 99% is done by me.

Me doing housework never meets the wifes' standards according to her, and it never will.

Pink nice things in my kitchen are for display ONLY! That way they last forever and ever. Under the sink is an array of "other coloured" sponges whicj anyone can use to their hearts content. I also have display handbags too. Can be admired but not used. UHM reckons its cos I would get mugged for my latest. Bag £350. Purse inside £335. Handbag extender hanging off the bag £90. Key chain hanging from handle to handle £150. Keyring hanging off one strap £110. The bag is filled with air cushions to fatten it out and it sits as display only on a cabinet. That way it last for ever!! You might wonder why buy it if you dont ever use it but its eye candy for me! And its something else to dust!

If you have a handbag that is display only and never gets touched, WHY have a purse inside it  Especially one costing £335

And what on earth is a "Handbag Extender" :?

I will never understand women
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, "Where's the self-help section?"
She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

I reckon most people collect something or other.

I collect bottles of wine. Keep 'em for years. But I do get around to drinking them.

Brought up from my cellar to drink tonight:

Pichon Lalande 1995
1983 Dow

I don't know why ports are described by the vintage followed by the shipper whereas clarets by the chateau followed by the vintage.
