Hi there,
I've already posted on general diy about trying to put together my own wet room, but one of the questions is best asked here - is it possible to use tile adhesive as a plaster i.e. something like BAL rapidset flexible fibre? - this would be used over suitably fixed and joint sealed marmox multiboards, which in turn would be fixed to a stud wall and a solid wall. As explained in other post, I'm looking to achieve a smooth uniform finish which is waterproof, hence final coats of water based epoxy coating.
cheers,
Simon

Re: tile adhesive used as plaster
No, you won't get it smooth. Tile adhesive is too gritty and you won't be able to flatten it.
