iPad OS Update

I have just updated my iPad OS to version 8.1.3. Since I did it my iPad seems to work slower, Safari has changed in the way it operates, (and certainly not for the better), and Facebook fails to open properly more times than not. Has anyone else experienced similar problems after this update? Importantly, is there a 'cure'?

My iPad air is fine after the update,my phone (4s) runs like crap now tho!!
Carpentry,I can explain it to you but I cannot understand it for you.

Is it the first gen ipad ? the older processors groan under the strain of 8.x.x its apple obsolescence

just got a new 5th gen ipod touch as my 3rd gen would not update or run any of the newer apps - the issue with the ipod touch is no one makes anything nearly as comparable

tablets\phones, I love my android stuff
