I'm not sure I follow.
What are you wanting to do exactly? Are you wanting to transfer files to your PC while away from your home network, using 3g or similar?
It's possible to do all manner of jiggery pokery to make it happen (opening ports, using your external IP, etc), but they all have security issues that you should consider.
Maybe the simple answer is to use dropbox or google drive, which you already have an account for with your phone. You can install the app on your phone AND PC and they will manage the sync process - it's incredibly simple and doesn't expose your PCs to the internet unnecessarily.

If it was me, I'd setup Google+ and enable autobackup.
Make sure the folder is included where the images are saved (it usually asks). Then you can goto www.google.com, log in and check the backed up pictures that it's picked up from your phone.
An idea like drop box, etc wouldn't work. It's also hard to go externally to your phone.
Another alternative is if the phone and your room computer stays where they are (and you are using a laptop?), is to install and setup something like TEAMVIEWER on your your room computer and setup a free account.
Then you simply goto teamviewer.com and log in and take remote control of your office PC, then you can download the pics remotely and view what you need, as though you were sat on your home computer.

It's easy if you have the following:
Phone - stays where it is
Room/Office computer - stays where it is, install Teamviewer and create account
Laptop (are you taking one away?) install teamviewer and connect to home PC when you want to see phone pictures
It's much easier than you think - unless your office one comes with you?! Give it a go - you can set it all up while at home and test it. I use it all the time.

Re: How to connect to WiFi File Transfer Pro from other netw
laptops are no problem (I have 4) but I am not sure if can make it my O2 contract at all (which is probly data limited and I want to receive video files one has 10,5 MB and 2-4 Gb are go too fast out, aswell 7gb SD card can be full in 3-4 days if Ill leave it). I want to use my other phone as hotspot, where I go there isnt internet connection I suppose. Its empty flat Ill have work there. So maybe can be option setup it into pictures mode.
