Spotted this earlier, Metabo mitre saw, sub £200....
Pretty good spec and price I reckon...

Good price, although PowerTool World have them even cheaper at £166.49 (incl. VAT) :mrgreen:

Mine was from a local place....bagged it at an amazing price.

I didn't even know it had an awesome little white light where the cuts are done - good thinking German people!

A lot of the current deWalts have something similar - actually a shadow line is cast where the blade will contacvt the workpiece. Yet another German design (from what used to be the Elu design office)

That is almost exactly like my SIP and I have found it invaluable in my job great bit of kit.
