floor tiling
My brother in law has had some work done on his kitchen floor, the contractors have put in underfloor heating mats on top of insulation boards.They have secured the mats to the floor with flexible adhesive and then laid a levelling compound over the electric floor mats but have used levelling compound that is not flexible.Can they still tile onto this surface with with flexible adhesive without the tiles cracking over time.
