I have a Makita Jigsaw as above. It gets light DIY use. I live in a country where we have no dealer and I have to bring my tools from the UK.
My jigsaw has had little use but it cuts off straight. To explain you have to hold the machine at a slight angle to forward in order to go straight forward so the sole plate is not following the line of the cut. It is usable but annoying.
Any suggestions please for a DIY fix

Re: PA6 GF30 Jigsaw not cutting straight
its quite usual i am afraid try a different blade
if it still persists then just get used to looking at the blade and ignore what the machine body is doing you will soon get used to it
